What Concierge+ is not
- Concierge+ is not emergency or urgent care. For a medical emergency call 911; for a mental health crisis call or text 988.
- Care membership covers physician care and labs. Medication is prescribed when clinically appropriate and priced separately per program, shown with your total.
- Care coordination supports, and does not replace, your local primary and specialty care.
- Response targets are goals, not guarantees, and depend on clinical urgency.
