Why our scope is what it is.
Vayra prescribes only peptide therapies that fall within established 503A clinical practice and have sufficient peer-reviewed safety evidence. We do not prescribe experimental or research-only peptides regardless of market demand or patient request. We follow regulatory and clinical-evidence updates, not trends.
We deliberately do not publish a list of specific compounds, either what we do prescribe or what we don't. That list itself creates the appearance of a menu, and Vayra is a medical practice, not a peptide marketplace.
