For independent clinics
The clinical floor does not move.
Whoever a patient arrives through, they are seen by a physician on video, their labs are drawn before a protocol is written, and the answer can be no. That standard is not negotiable per partner, which is the only honest basis for putting your name beside ours.
Talk to our clinical teamWhy our clinicians are safe to work beside
No Vayra clinician is compensated on volume, margin, order value or which medication is selected. That is not a policy statement. It is enforced in the code that computes every payout, which accepts a service type and no amount, and which refuses any construction linked to what was prescribed.
The standard
The same three things, for every patient.
A physician decides, not a form
Every patient is evaluated by a licensed physician or nurse practitioner on a synchronous video visit before any protocol is written. There is no path through Vayra that reaches a prescription without one.
Labs before a protocol
Baseline laboratory work is ordered and reviewed before a protocol is designed, then repeated on a defined cadence. Treatment decisions are made against numbers rather than against a questionnaire.
The answer can be no
A screening result can end enrollment. A formulary line can refuse a request. Declining to treat is written policy rather than an exception, and it applies to a patient who arrives through a clinic exactly as it applies to one who arrives through the website.
Which conversation is yours
Two different questions, two different rooms.
You own or run a clinic
You have patients, a prescriber, and a cash-pay line, and you are deciding what infrastructure sits underneath it. That conversation starts clinically, not commercially, and it should include whoever holds your medical director role.
Talk to our clinical teamYou are a licensed clinician
You are asking about practising with Vayra yourself, or about sending a patient to us. Those are different questions from the one above and they are answered on their own page.
See the clinical modelReferring a patient
You can send a patient to Vayra without any arrangement between us. A referral is unpaid. Vayra pays nothing for it, asks nothing for it, and does not interpose itself in your relationship with that patient. If we ever discuss a partnership in which services are performed and compensated, that is a separate arrangement, documented separately, and it is not this.
Refer a patientWe would rather be early than oversold.
Vayra is not running a partner network yet, and there is no case study on this page because there is no case study to show. What exists is a built clinical platform, a published standard, and a willingness to answer specific questions specifically, including the ones about how a partnership would treat the patients you already have.
