Vayra is a medical practice, not a marketplace. Whether a compounded therapy is appropriate, and which one, is a clinical decision made by your physician at the encounter, under documented clinical decision-making and titrated against your labs.

About testosterone therapy at Vayra
Clinical scope. Vayra evaluates and treats clinically diagnosed hypogonadism (testosterone deficiency confirmed by both serum laboratory testing and consistent clinical symptoms) in accordance with current Endocrine Society and American Urological Association clinical practice guidelines.
Monitoring. Treatment requires baseline comprehensive labs (total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, PSA) and ongoing quarterly monitoring. Continuation of therapy is contingent on documented clinical benefit, monitored safety markers (hematocrit, estradiol, PSA), and your physician's ongoing clinical judgment.
Contraindications. Testosterone therapy is contraindicated in patients with active or untreated prostate cancer or breast cancer, severe untreated obstructive sleep apnea, uncontrolled heart failure, polycythemia, or active desire for near-term fertility (testosterone therapy suppresses spermatogenesis). Vayra does not initiate testosterone therapy under any of these conditions and will discuss fertility-preservation protocols where applicable.
State availability. Availability of testosterone therapy varies by state based on local medical board rules, telemedicine flexibilities, and supervision requirements. A Vayra physician will confirm availability and the applicable in-person-examination requirement at intake based on your state of residence.
What you can expect.
Every Vayra protocol begins with a video consultation with a licensed clinician and a review of your baseline labs. From there, the protocol is titrated against your response, not against a population average.
Universal intake & baseline labs
8-minute clinical assessment with universal safety screening (PHQ-2, GAD-2, C-SSRS). Baseline lab panel ordered immediately on enrollment, drawn at a contracted lab partner near you.
Physician consultation
Video visit with your prescribing physician within 24 to 48 hours of intake completion. Lab review, protocol design, prescription routing through your Patient Dashboard.
Titration and follow-up labs
Every protocol titrates over 4-12 weeks based on tolerability and labs. Follow-up lab panel at week 6-8, then quarterly. Async messaging with your physician anytime.
Cross-vertical coordination
Your Unified Patient Record makes coordination structural. Mandatory drug-interaction screening before every prescription change, across every vertical.
Vayra Drive
Physician-reviewed treatment for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Choose the FDA-approved brand or Vayra Drive, our value label, with medication priced separately, shown with your total, and shipped discreetly.

Your membership covers physician care and labs; medication is priced per program and shown with the total. No insurance forms, no itemized surprises. You know what you pay before you start.
Begin with a clinical encounter, not a checkout.
Your assessment takes eight minutes. A licensed provider reviews it within 24 to 48 hours. No charge to begin.
