Vayra Weight
Weight care that actually watches your labs
Physician-led GLP-1 weight care with FDA-approved branded medication (Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro, and branded oral GLP-1 where available), tracked against your labs, with medication priced separately and shown with your total. Weight is brand only at Vayra: there is no house-brand GLP-1.
Photography is illustrative. Models shown, not actual patients; individual results vary.
Every protocol on this page is directed by a licensed physician and reviewed against current clinical evidence. Vayra is a clinical practice, not a refill form.

Vayra is a medical practice, not a marketplace. Whether a compounded therapy is appropriate, and which one, is a clinical decision made by your physician at the encounter, under documented clinical decision-making and titrated against your labs.

Important safety information
GLP-1 receptor agonists, including semaglutide (the active ingredient in branded products such as Wegovy® and Ozempic®), tirzepatide (Zepbound® and Mounjaro®), and liraglutide (Saxenda® and Victoza®), carry an FDA boxed warning for the risk of thyroid C-cell tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC). These medications are contraindicated in patients with a personal or family history of MTC or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Additional clinically significant warnings include acute pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, hypoglycemia (particularly when combined with insulin or sulfonylureas), acute kidney injury, and potential worsening of diabetic retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes. A Vayra physician will review your complete medical history, current medications, and family history before determining whether GLP-1 therapy is clinically appropriate.
Talk to a Vayra physician about whether GLP-1 therapy is right for you.
What you can expect.
Every Vayra protocol begins with a video consultation with a licensed clinician and a review of your baseline labs. From there, the protocol is titrated against your response, not against a population average.
Universal intake & baseline labs
8-minute clinical assessment with universal safety screening (PHQ-2, GAD-2, C-SSRS). Baseline lab panel ordered immediately on enrollment, drawn at a contracted lab partner near you.
Physician consultation
Video visit with your prescribing physician within 24 to 48 hours of intake completion. Lab review, protocol design, prescription routing through your Patient Dashboard.
Titration and follow-up labs
Every protocol titrates over 4-12 weeks based on tolerability and labs. Follow-up lab panel at week 6-8, then quarterly. Async messaging with your physician anytime.
Cross-vertical coordination
Your Unified Patient Record makes coordination structural. Mandatory drug-interaction screening before every prescription change, across every vertical.
Vayra Vital
Physician-led testosterone therapy for clinically diagnosed low T, dosed to your labs and monitored on a schedule. Choose the FDA-approved brand or Vayra Vital, our testosterone cypionate label, with labs included in your membership and medication priced separately, shown with your total.
